We’d all like a little of that.. independence.  On a grand scale, country-wise, we’re celebrating it but many of us are reminded that we simply don’t have it on a personal level.  It’s something to work for as a goal if you’re able.  At the very least, in some small things in our lives we do need it.

I hope you all (in the U.S.) find a safe, enriching, and joyous way to recognize this important Holiday.  If you’re at home, it’s still good to take a moment to think about what great freedoms we do have – even on the days that we’re frustrated with some injustice.  There are much worse places to be.
